Anti-wear (AW) hydraulic oils are made from a petroleum base fluid and commonly contain the anti-wear additive Zinc dialkyldithiophosphate (ZDDP). This additive works to protect the hydraulic pump. They come in multiple viscosity grades that have varying applications. For example, AW 46 hydraulic oils can be used to operate the hydraulic systems in off-road equipment such as dump trucks, excavators, and backhoes, while AW 32 hydraulic oils may be more suitable for colder weather applications like in a snow plow's pump                                                                     
The primary function of a hydraulic fluid is to convey power. In use, however, there are other important functions of hydraulic fluid such as protection of the hydraulic machine components. The table below lists the major functions of a hydraulic fluid and the properties of a fluid that affect its ability to perform that function

ENKLO FRDU grades are fire resistant hydraulic fluids based on organic ester. These fluids meet the HF-DU classification system as per European Mines Safety Commision. These fluids can replace phosphate esters in high temperature applications and are recommended as control governor fluids for steam and gas turbine. They do not have any seal compatibility issues which are inherent in phosphate ester fluids. The same seals used with mineral oils can be used with ENKLO FRDU 46.
These fluids not only provide improved safety as compared to mineral oil but offer superior lubricity and antiwear properties as compared to invert emulsion (FRIE) fluids and also mineral oil based hydraulic fluids. While changing over from invert emulsion to FRDU based fluids care must be taken that there is no residual fluid or moisture present in the system. If necessary the line may be flushed with mineral oil to ensure that no traces of invert emulsion fluid remains in the system.

Superdraulic is a range of high performance anti wear Hp Enklo 68 Hydraulic Oil 210 Ltr. They have been formulated usinghighly refined base oils fortified with zinc anti wear, oxidation corrosion inhibitors and anti foam additives.This produces a highly thermally stable fluid capable of handling high loads and high temperatures. TheSuperdraulic range is available in ISO grades.

Superdraulic is compatible with most pumps, valves, and seal materials. However, like all hydraulic oils containing zinc anti wear additives, it is not suitable for use with pumps having silver plated parts (e.g.some Lucas units).

DESCRIPTION Servohydrex oils are anti-wear type hydraulic oils having a very high viscosity index and low pour point. These oils are blended with high quality base stocks and are incorporated with oxidation inhibitor and anti-rust additives to give long trouble free service. The defoamant additive prevents build-up of foam in the hydraulic system. Servohydrex oils have special anti-wear additive essential for certain hydraulicequipment used for heavy duty operations.

APPLICATION Servohydrex oils are recommended as fluid media in all hydraulic systems where very low operating temperatures are encountered and the application demands use of a very high viscosity index oils.

RUST-X manufactures VCI HDPE Papers 180 GSM which have exceptional strength, tear resistance. Goods wrapped in or protected by RUST-X VCI HDPE paper are not affected by corrosion. The reason for this is that the air surrounding the metals protected with RUST-X HDPE paper, is very heavily impregnated with the inhibitors released from the protective paper.

The micro-moisture droplets become so heavily impregnated with corrosion inhibitors released from RUST-X VCI HDPE paper that these droplets themselves become rust preventives, and will not form corrosion on the metal surfaces. In effect corrosion cannot occur in vicinity of the VCI HDPE Paper.

VCI HDPE papers are used to protect components that require high shelf life and protection against corrosion.

These have a high VCI chemicals carrying capacity and are useful in protecting components for longer periods and also provide better abrasion resistance compared to thin film plastics
